I consulted Disha because I was going through post breakup depression. She understood my problem very well, and tried putting herself in my shoes. She gave solutions on how I can cope with my problems. She has a soothing demeanor which makes you feel heard, understood and comforted. I started feeling well in just one session. Don't avoid therapy because of any stigma connected to it. Therapy will help you gain a hold over yourself and enable you to perform better in life.

I was quiet skeptical while seeking therapy, but I must admit that it’s been uplifting and has brought quite some peace to my life and I have Disha to thank for. She s not only warm and kind but also an attentive listener. She acknowledges every detail and improvements no matter how small. There is always something I take back from every session to help me get through whatever I am dealing with. Thank you for everything disha :)
